Your data never trains anyone's model
Every install runs on hardware you own, holds its memory on your infrastructure, and keeps your keys in your hands. Your conversations, documents, and methods are never used to train anyone's model and never sold to anyone. For work that can't touch any outside service at all, the Local LLM tier runs the model itself in your building — nothing leaves the network, period.
Big Tech's convenience costs you your privacy. Ours costs $99 a month and up — because we're not monetizing your data.
The hardware
The box
"Hardware you own" means something specific: a small dedicated computer — about the size of a hardcover book — that lives in your office and runs your agent. It's yours outright, specced into your setup quote (typically $300–900; the Local LLM tier runs $1,500–3,000), and it draws about as much power as a lightbulb.
If it dies — even on a holiday weekend — your agent isn't gone. Memory and configuration are backed up, encrypted, to storage you control; we restore onto replacement hardware, typically within one business day locally. The off switch, the logs, and the keys are physically yours the whole time.

Every engagement runs under NDA as standard. For healthcare practices and other covered entities, business associate agreements are available, and the Local LLM tier keeps protected data off third-party providers entirely. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and the written architecture we deliver is designed to be handed directly to your compliance reviewer, IT contractor, or attorney.
