The problem

Can't someone else do it?

Your inbox doesn't sleep. Customers text at 11pm. Reports need reading before 8am. Every professional hits the moment of doing work beneath their skills and thinking: can't someone else do this?

Yes. Your agent. We install dedicated AI agents — on your infrastructure, trained on your workflows — that handle exactly this.

Agent / Inbox

Emails & messages

Replies drafted, sent, and tracked — while you're asleep, with customers, or on a call.

Agent / Schedule

Scheduling & bookings

Customers booked instantly. No-shows chased and rebooked. Reminders sent without anyone remembering to send them.

Agent / Reports

Reports & analysis

Morning briefings ready when you wake up. Your data, surfaced when it matters.

Agent / Watch

Proactive monitoring

Your agent notices things — rate drops, review spikes, overdue invoices — before you ask.

Day one

What morning looks like

7:02 AM — Your agent's morning brief

You wake up to a briefing: your calendar for the day, three emails that need replies — drafts already waiting — a reminder about your 2pm appointment, and a note that your mortgage rate dropped below your refinance threshold. You didn't ask for any of it. Your agent noticed.

The distinction that matters

ChatGPT answers questions. An agent does the work.

Why it holds

Containment is engineered in

The name is honest about the speed — agents spread through a business fast. The firebreak is our job, and it ships with every install:

Permissions

Every agent gets the narrowest access that does the job. Nothing more, ever.

Approval gates

Anything consequential — sending, paying, deleting — waits for a human yes until you decide otherwise.

Activity log

Every action recorded. You can audit anything the agent has ever done.

Off switch

You can stop your agent instantly, yourself, without calling us.

NORMS

Our 38-rule conduct code — what an agent may do, say, and touch — enforced on every install. Consistency, not chaos.

You own it

Your hardware, your keys, your data. If we ever part ways, everything stays yours — every credential handed over, compute billing transferred to you at cost. Nothing bricks on exit.

The network

Local brands. One standard.

Wildfire operates through city nodes — locally run, centrally trained. CU Agents is live in Champaign–Urbana now, with Columbia, Chicago, and St. Louis next. Customers get a neighbor; the neighbor gets the whole network's playbook. The node network →

Leaving the screen

Physical agents — early access

The same agents that run your inbox can run a body: an elder-companion robot in a parent's home, a patrol unit on a facility, a cart on a campus. Small pilot program, same containment rules. Physical agents →

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks

We already tried AI and it didn't help.

Most first attempts fail the same way: a subscription to a tool, no installation. ChatGPT waits to be typed at; a pipeline fires rules and breaks silently. An install is different — one agent wired into your actual systems, trained on your business, tested on real work, remembered tomorrow. If your workload isn't worth installing, the first call ends with us saying so.

My software already texts reminders for $299 a month.

And if reminders are your whole problem, keep it — genuinely. The difference is judgment with memory: your agent knows Mrs. Alvarez has rescheduled twice, and handles her "I might need to move Thursday but I'm not sure yet" the way your front desk would. A reminder blast can't do that, can't work across your other systems, and can't take custody of your data.

What happens to our data?

It lives on hardware you own, is never used to train anyone's model, and is never sold. The Local LLM tier goes further: the model itself runs in your building and nothing leaves the network. NDAs are standard; agreements for regulated data are available.

What's the box, and what if it breaks?

A small dedicated computer in your office — yours outright, specced into the setup quote. Its memory and configuration are backed up, encrypted, to storage you control, so a dead box means a restore onto replacement hardware, not a lost agent. And you always hold the off switch. Uptime and response commitments are written into every agreement.

Will you actually have time for us?

Fair question — the founder runs other ventures, and we're honest about it. We take a fixed number of concurrent installs, every architecture is designed personally, and if the calendar's full you get the next start date instead of a diluted install. Small on purpose.

Which AI is inside — ChatGPT, Claude, something else?

Whichever model fits the job; we're not resellers for anyone. Compute is included in your monthly, so you never see an API bill — and when a better model ships, your install moves to it without renegotiating anything.

Fifteen minutes tells you whether this is worth doing.

Call or text — no pitch, no pressure. We'll walk through what an install looks like for your specific situation, then show you an agent doing your actual work in a 30-minute demo.
