Node operators are independent, locally owned businesses partnered with Wildfire on a 70/30 revenue split: you run the local brand, relationships, and installs; Wildfire supplies the stack, the training, the playbook from every prior install, and the standards that make "agent" mean something. Installers who'd rather contract than operate are welcome too.
