What we collect
If you contact us — by form, email, phone, text, or calendar booking — we receive what you send: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your situation. This site sets no advertising trackers and runs no third-party analytics.
How we use it
To respond to you, scope and deliver installs, and keep required business records. We do not sell or rent your information, we don't use it to train models, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Who else touches it
Form submissions are processed by our form provider and email by our email provider, under their own terms. Client install data is handled under the NDA and agreements signed for that engagement, which take precedence over this page.
Retention & your choices
Inquiry correspondence is kept as ordinary business records. Ask us at [email protected] to see or delete what we hold about you and we will, except where law or a signed agreement requires otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
